The Importance of Look After Your Mental Health…

Caroline Flack ’s friends and family came together on 24th July 2023, to celebrate her life at Flackstock, a festival dedicated to the late TV presenter who tragically took her own life two and a half years ago.

The organisers of Flackstock say their aim is to grow the event into the UK’s biggest and most accessible festival promoting mental health awareness.

Caroline was very secretive about her struggles with mental health from a young age, and often people had no idea at all that she struggled with depression.

Mental health problems are very common and can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, race, or socioeconomic status. According to the World Health Organisation, one in four people in the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. It is important to take care of your mental health, just as you would take care of your physical health.
