ABOUT MY-SELF

I AM – MY…SELF was born from lived experience.

After more than 50 years shaped by fear and a lack of self-confidence, self-love, self-worth, and self-esteem, I finally found I AM – MY…SELF — and everything changed.

I AM – MY…SELF represents the moment you stop abandoning who you are and start standing beside yourself.

Today, I describe myself as free-spirited, passionate, and grounded in strong personal values. I embrace who I am, I love what I do, and I choose to meet life with intention and positivity. I am opinionated, unafraid to speak my truth, and deeply committed to the things that matter to me.

I am ambitious and driven, not from pressure, but from purpose. I thrive on challenges, set meaningful goals, and refuse to settle for a life that feels smaller than it should. Growth, for me, is a lifelong commitment.

At the core of I AM – MY…SELF is self-worth. I am fiercely loyal to the people in my life, clear about my boundaries, and unapologetic about honouring what is right for me. I have learned to let go of what no longer aligns — without guilt, without resentment.

Life is not easy. We all face adversity — failure, heartbreak, difficult relationships, financial stress, and moments that test our resilience. I have learned that challenges are not signs to stop; they are invitations to grow. What matters is not what happens to us, but how we choose to meet it.

I AM – MY…SELF is built on the belief that no matter what you’ve been through, there is strength within you waiting to be reclaimed. With self-awareness, a positive mindset, and self-trust, obstacles can become opportunities — and pain can become purpose.

This is why I AM – MY…SELF exists.

Not to tell you who to be — but to support you in remembering who you already are.
