The Energy You Bring Into A Room Dictates The Way People React To You.

When you adapt to the energy in a room, you are reacting to a situation or vibes that are being sent out from others. When you influence the energy in the room, you do so by ‘holding your own’ in those situations, maintaining your own frame.

Let me remind you that you are a strong source of energy. Your energy levels have been influencing and driving you to achieve everything you have in your life. Having control over energy, and how we’re affected by the energy around us, is a skill that everyone could benefit from. It’s important in both work and personal settings. You have the power to let your energy bring out positivity or negativity. It’s the difference between setting out to achieve and holding yourself back. Understanding how to exert your energy to the benefit of you and your surroundings is crucial. Your energy levels can affect your capacity to lead a team, complete a project to the best of your ability, or present a business concept.

Regardless of how I am feeling that day, I choose to bring positive energy into my space. Even if I’m feeling under the weather or upset, I make a conscious decision to shift my mood. Happiness is a choice. That’s not to say that you can’t be sad; you’re only human. Just be mindful of the energy you bring to group settings, as people will always respond to you based on the energy you emit into a space.

We are all source energy. Once you realise the power of the energy you carry with you, you will understand how to use it to your advantage. You can control conversations and steer away negativity. You can even attract more love and like-minded people into your life.
We already have enough negative people in the world, so why not shift the rhythm and send out positive vibes? I always have a better time when I’m with a happy bunch.

Here are some quick tips that will help you shift your mood:

Check your posture. Are you standing straight and tall or are you slouched? Your posture and how you walk affects your energy.
Listen to some uplifting music that makes you happy. 
Read some affirmations. You will find lots of happy quotes online.
Relax and close your eyes and imagine you are in the place that makes you feel happy.
Watch some funny video clips. Laughing always changes your mood.
Eat some chocolate. Chocolate releases endorphins and endorphins making you happy. 
Ring up your best friend, the friend who is always happy.

Don't adapt to the energy in the room. Influence the energy in the room.
