Consider taking a course, whether it be colouring or cutting to get re-inspired. Some businesses will even reimburse you for professional development. Learning more about your chosen profession may help you remember why you got started in it in the first place.
2. Take on New Responsibilities
Taking on more responsibilities and tasks might help you develop a passion for your work, which is in line with the advice above. Speak with your boss about any additional projects you might take on, even if you decide not to enrol in a new course.
Offering to help with a task that your employer might not have time for is a great place to start. You might also mention that you’d like to know more about a different aspect of your department. Your ability to take the initiative to learn and attempt new things will help others see you as a totally committed worker.
